Ordered $100 bouquet of flowers for my sister's retirement. When they tried to deliver, I found out my sister had left for a lengthy vacation. I asked if they would give me a credit and deliver a bouquet when she returned. They refused, and offered me nothing. Said they would keep in the cooler until I figured something out (I don't live in Vernon). I finally found a friend of my sister that I had them sent to. She sent me a picture, the arrangement was an absolute joke for the amount I paid.Poor service, poor customer support, extremely poor value and ugly arrangement.Thanks 27th Street Florist!!

I ordered an arrangement for my mothers birthday and was extremely impressed with the quality of the arrangement and the customer service they provided. I asked for an ornament to be included with the arrangement and the florist went out of her way to find the perfect one, even though they did not have them at their store.
