Went for a trim, said Im trying to keep growing it out. I ended up with 4 inches less and now have pieces falling out of my pony tail at the back. Lady was nice but just didnt listen when I said I didnt want much taken off. When I straighten my hair it looks choppy and not well cut for someone with 20+ yrs experience!!! Will never come back again. So disappointed.
Did a good job for being the McDonald's of hair cuts. If you want a great hair cut go to an old time barber shop.

Worst haircut ever! I gave very specific instructions and have no idea how they could have been misunderstood. What I requested and what I ended up with couldnt be more different. Thankfully hair grows and in time this nightmare will be a bad memory.
Worst place to get your hair cut!! My son just went in to get a back to school hair cut. The lady cutting his hair tried 3 times to make it look like it was not cut by a 3 year old. She failed!! Then she told him she cant see vary well so it makes it hard to cut hair....... We went to leave and she grabbed my son and tried to keep him in the chair. Dont ever go here. They should be shut down
