They NEVER answer the phone. No service from a service center....Also been waiting for a driver's license for over a month

Do NOT do your road test in Vernon!!!!!!!! The instructor I had is an absolute moron and you definitely don't want to be doing any sort of road test in a city like Vernon. Try Salmon Arm instead.

So i Had to provide my birth certificate to get my DL renewed. No problem, I bring it in. I ask the clerk, " okay , so my DL will be in the mail now? Don't I need a picture taken? " No, don't worry, it's on file from before. After 9 days, I call ICBC and ask if my card is in the mail. Turns out, the service BC clerk never processed the application, so it hasn't even been printed! Meanwhile, I'm stuck living in a leaky camper with 4 kids because I can't get paid from my house sale because I don't have ID! Beyond pissed! Terrible service! Questioned her repeatedly about not getting a picture taken!
