decent place for the price! quiet and comfortable enough, and good customer service.
Clean room, choice of pillows on bed, everything worked. However, in the washroom, the toilet paper dispenser was on the wall across from the toilet. Dumb design. Loved the option to make a waffle for breakfast, but the coffee for the continental breakfast was weak. I was there for two nights, but my room wasn't cleaned. I met one of the chambermaids, after I'd been gone all morning. I asked if my room had been done. She said no, asked if I needed anything, and when I said no, she moved on. Not very professional and I've worked as a chambermaid in the past. This is a small place, not a 100-room hotel! I stayed there because I got a good price on the room, that's it. The place has one handicapped parking spot near the office and the sidewalk there does slope down, but there's no handicap button to automatically open the office door and the door is a regular width, so it would be a challenge if a person came unaccompanied by an able bodied person. There are only stairs to the upper level, so a person in a wheelchair or needing a walker or scooter would be confined to the ground level. Also, all the rooms on the ground level have lips on the door, so you can't just roll right in. Not an ideal place if you're not able bodied.
Lights missing but over all not bad
I stayed here over the May Long weekend and the place was a party hotel where they allowed a group to play music through a huge speaker until 2 am each morning with no regard to other guests or neighboring properties. I tried to talk to the front desk about the excessive noise but they don't care about Customer service all they seem to care about is taking my money.The neighboring hotels were quiet and did not allow this ridiculous behavior.
Good hot tub, pool. Breakfast was perfect. Service is very friendly.
