Hotel was great. Newly renovated rooms and bathrooms. The hotel was in a great location. Central to everything. Great staff great rates. Will definitely be coming back.
Booked a room online. Stated I would be there after 5 pm. Arrived at 5 30 pm. Had to wait about 45 mins for them the clean our booked room. The room didnt seem the cleanest when we got in (lingering smell in the room). My gf didnt feel comfortable due to the situation of getting there and the untidy outside. Only redeeming quality is the staff at the front seemed nice.
Great family experience! Clean, updated, safe for wobbly toddlers and nice staff. The air conditioning was great! Kitchen saved money on eating out. We will be back
This place is about as seedy as you get. Yes, renovations just done but they are only surface renos (cupboards, tiles, etc). The room reeked of cigarettes and mold and the bathtub looked like they got it for free on the side of the road. We purchased sheets from London Drugs to sleep on as a precaution. Spend the extra $30/night and get a hotel room or an airbnb.
We came here as it was under construction and the owners were absolutely phenomenal! Very friendly and accommodating. The rate for a 2 bed, patio, pets allowed room was only $75. There were non of those additional fees that every hotel seems to have when you check out. The rate was the rate (plus tax of course) We definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Vernon.
