Our meal and experience was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a nicer evening. Our server was beyond kind and the whole place was classy with a very comfortable vibe. The food was exquisite and the banana ice cream dessert was the best dessert I have ever had. I got the steak with prawns. Very very good. Wine selection is also very good. I reccomend the La frenz Red Wine they offer. It's very smooth, great for any wine drinker. Thank you range lounge for a fantastic birthday.
This is a very nice restaurant with a beautiful view. Most of my group was happy with their food but unfortunately I was given raw chicken. They did however take it back and make me a new one but at that point everyone at my table had finished their meal and i had lost my appetite. The ravioli we got as an appetizer was AMAZING tho. And the waitress was super friendly
Customer service is exceptional there. We were accidentally missed by the waitress and ended up waiting for about 25 minutes to get the menus. When someone approached us we were considering leaving, so the manager was brought in to apologize. We got the appetizers, and in the end the manager said it's on the restaurant. They were very nice and apologized a few times as well, and they were able to change a negative experience into a positive thing. The staff handled the situation very professionally. Great service and a great place.
Do it! I almost didnt make it out due to the mixed reviews. I am so glad I took a risk. It had been over 20 years since I had been to Predator Ridge! My experience on a Friday night dinner with a co-worker was better than expected! Everything was better than expected from the short scenic drive from town to the ambiance to the breathtaking views to the superb service to the price and finally to the quality of the food! Thanks for helping to make some quality memories! I will definitely be back the next time Im in town!
Good view...poor serviceI had potato soup that was like porridge and too salty. My husband had greasy fish and chips. Chips were good, as was the coleslaw. Waitress, Shelley, never asked how the food was and we had to flag her down to get a second drink after our glasses were empty for 10 minutes. Never had her visit the table again to pick up empties or inquire about anything. Had to get up from the table and go inside to get our bill. Pathetic service.
