My wife booked this resort to celebrate my birthday. Weather was perfect. 4 n half hour drive from Vancouver BC. I am so much in love with this place. Perfect getaway. Customer service is The Best part of this hotel. We had some shower water leakage problem very first night. They sent someone to check it immediately. Once they figured they couldn't fix problem, they immediately shifted us to a deluxe room upstairs without any extra cost. That's kind of professionalism we like. I have nothing negative to say. There is long list of positive things I could write here. Please experience it yourself. You ll fall in love with this place immediately. Thank you everyone in staff for maintaining the high standards. Hats off.
Beautiful resort. Our room was fantastic with an amazing view with the lake. The room was so quiet and comfortable that we enjoyed chilling with some music, a glass of wine and letting the time slip by. Our only issue was with how noisy the saunas were, which is no fault of the resort. It seems other guest didn't read the posted signs about no devices and quiet zones in the sauna. Still a relaxing getaway none the less. A final touch that capped off the positive experience was the bottles of water waiting for us in our car left by the valet, a very pleasant surprise for the drive home. We look forward to our next visit to Sparking Hill Resort.
What a beautiful, serene property. We enjoyed the services at the spa. The facial was absolutely wonderful. The pools were clean and so enjoyable. Our dinner was so delicious and breakfast was way beyond a continental! We really enjoyed our time there. The staff were so courteous and professional. The view from our room was breathtaking!
Amazing location, I am quite sure when the resort opened it was incredible. Its supposed to be a quiet serene spa. You are told to whisper and no cell phones allowed in the spa. To our dismay, in the evening the spa was filled with loud people drinking alcohol and snapping selfies. Lots of them. Two of the saunas were out of order and there seems to be some repair needed in the others, not 100% clean . The room was actually quite beautiful and very clean, but the spas were not on point and we had lunch at The Peak and the food was not very good in the restaurant so we had to drive out to Vernon for dinner.
Amazing resort! My boyfriend and I decided to spend a night here to get away. We absolutely loved the pool, theme showers, saunas and steam rooms. We would have spent the entire day in them if we could.We will definitely be coming back again!
