Absolutely deredful uhaul head office told me something totally different then these guys. Scam artists if you plan on going here call uhal first to make sure they dont rip you off
Not only was the staff super accommodating and caring they helped us with some road blocks we had with their "outside of the box" thinking. I was Thrill that not only was the place clean but I was able to get in and out whenever I needed which can be hard with my work schedule. I feel so safe putting my whole life's belongings here and trust that they give all their customers a little attention to their needs. Never felt more comfortable.They certainty hit the nail on the head when it comes to customers first mentality.
Expensive locker rentals and not well lit storage areas (no lights in the locker) however it's very secure with an electronic gate
Disorganized , unprofessional, and completely dishonest.Do yourself a favor and avoid renting UHAUL from this company there are other rental options in Vernon. Stay clear.
Such a great place. The customer service at The Storit Place is fantastic. The staff is always friendly, personable and outgoing. They will always go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I've always had a great experience there and I would recommend this business to everybody for the uhaul, moving supplies and storage needs.
