Staff is great! The Doctors never make us feel rushed. Our dog loves going in the front doors there!
Such caring and gentle people. We have had to say good bye to 2 pets in 2 months, one expected and one surprise. The emergency vet was so great, he showed up at 9 pm to help our dog go to sleep without rushing us at all. And the vet who helped with my cat was so gentle and understanding. She reassured me that it was the best option. The clerks were also so gentle and caring, there was no rushing while I cried and they were so calm and understanding when I came to pick up the ashes. I would recommend Creekside to anyone.
Beyond kind and caring! The staff are so professional and loving. Dr Frock saved our shepherd's life in the operating room, and he choked up on the phone when he called us with the news! We had a huge hug with him after, all of us with tears down our cheeks. What a wonderful and enthusiastic doctor! Next morning, he arrived at our house to check our precious dog before he went to work! It was Sunday morning! If my GP and his staff at "Dr Office" here in Vernon gave half as much of themselves to their patients as Creekside Clinic does to our pets, I would feel like someone actually gave a damn.From a dollar POV, the surgery, meds, etc were much cheaper than Lake Country or most places in Kelowna. Dr Moira at Pawsitive Pet Care in Kelowna is also excellent and economical.
The people there are friendly and so helpful. I have a fur baby that just got diagnosed with diabetes and I had a million and one questions. They patiently answered them all and taught me how to give him his insulin. They are awesome.
