Went in with a huge problem, only to find that someone had the wrong information & it was definitely not Baron. The ladies there helped me to the extent they were able and were friendly, polite and courteous even as I was chaotic and frustrated. I am very happy with their service, they did everything to try and help. Being from Ontario we didnt realize that brokers only sell the insurance, not regulate, so needless to say my previous bad review should have gone to ICBC's review site NOT Baron. I will continue to use this broker in the future and would reccomend others to do so as well.
