Was very disappointed when I went to renew my insurance. ..I was told icbc computers were down and to come back in a couple hours...when I asked if the computers were not up and running by the time the company closes I would be screwed the lady replied I guess so ....when I called another company they the sane computers down ....but if I come in that can do a hand write one then I could come back at a later date to get a hard copy ...I also find the staff not very friendly a couple other times I've been there
Dont often write reviews but really feel some recognition is owed here. Had a wonderful experience with Sussex my first time purchasing a vehicle last fall, so I suggested my boyfriend use this location for his own vehicle today. The staff answered all of our questions, really took out the time to make sure we understood what insurance was right for us, and provided us with some much needed laughs during a process which is often pretty monotonous and drab. Thank you Sussex! We will be recommending you to all.
I have never written a Google review but after today's visit to Sussex, I have to commend them for their excellent service. The staff member was very knowledgeable, patient and thorough answering any questions I had. She even took the initiative to quote the insurance premium differences for when I move down to the coast. Thanks for your helpful and friendly service !
First of all, theyre open 9 till 9, that alone is worth the 5 stars. Second, everytime i make a request, the clerk (especially Medea) always goes through all the implications of that decision, and make sure I know what i am getting myself into. They arent afraid to let me know if im making a bad decision, and it always feels like they have my best interests at heart. Top notch service and advice.
I have been coming to Sussex insurance for years and I do multiple transactions a year from both the Walmart and the Superstore location. I love the hours, I love that everyone is friendly and if they don't know the answer, the know to find it. I will be a repeat customer for years to come.
