Quoted one price per square foot, then they tried to charge more. They overbooked and missed our appointment then were blatantly rude about it all. Absolutely terrible customer service and overpriced.
The difference is night and day, best company to use for carpet and upholstery care hands down!!
So very bad. Showed up late to our home, after saying that their other clients had priority over us because they had accidentally over booked during a long weekend. Poorly measured and exaggerated our square footage, then charged us $450 after quoting approximately $250. Had the exact same service done 4 months later by well reviewed local company and they did a better job, on time, for $200! I wish I could give 0 stars.
