It has not been a pleasant experience dealing with an office flood, however, Brad Maki and all the various staff and trades whom have had to work within my business unit have been professional, thoughtful and working the best that they can within as they deal with multiple insurance coverages, restrictions and being stretched pretty thin with also the community flooding. Stars are hard, I didnt end up needing their services. But I explained my localized flooding very well, Brad came out within 48 hours (was not a serious/disastrous flood, so timeline was cool), he saw what I was doing, took the time to analyze the situation, and told me that I didn't need their services. At least 2 hours they gave to assess, and no hard sell.Now I am a relatively handy guy, so I was dealing with the flood, but if I wasn't handy, or didn't have the time to deal with the situation, I would have been confident to enlist OK Resto for at least the initial damage assessment, and where to go from there. And if their trades people are half as good as Brad, then I would trust that the job would be done right. Hope this helps.

We had an early morning flood on a Saturday. Mike and his team came out and cleaned up EVERYTHING!!! Kudos to him and the WHOLE TEAM. What a great job you all did. Cheers Update...Well our house is back to normal. I can not say enough about how "GREAT" Okanagan Restoration has been. December 18th we had our flood. Their crew was professional from the first day to the last day. From the staff that came to clean, sort, tag and take pictures of everything to Ken and Mike finishing every last detail. They were on time, kept us informed on everything and were very clean. I could not believe it is all done within 2 months, even with holidays in between. Our house looks FANTASTIC!
