Easily the best place to eat in Vernon. The food is... phenomenal! Awesome staff. Cool diner experience. Must visit!
Basic dinner. Food was pretty good and it was fairly cozy. Lots of parking available. We took a look at a place near by but it just looked to fancy for a breakfast spot so we came to this diner instead. Worth it.
Food was salty and greasy. Not sure what we expected but we were let down. Reuben corned beef was fatty and chewy. Poutine had a thick, stale, molasses-y gravy and shredded, cheap cheese (a million miles away from cheese curds). My daughter had the kids cheeseburger and it was super dry (I stole a bite because I was so unhappy with my sandwich but also hungry.) You have to order before you sit down which was a challenge with a small child as she immediately changed her mind on beverage. And frankly, I kind of wanted something else too, beyond my coffee, but ordering more seemed weird. Wouldn't go again. Surprised at the high star rating - it's why we selected it but I'll be suspicious of 4.7 stars in the future, I guess.
This is fresh diner food at it's best! Fast friendly service. Hugh portions of delicious flavor. My favorite is the meat lovers skillet topped with 2 poached eggs & creamy hollandaise. My spouse orders the omelette loaded with all the good stuff always fluffy & satisfying. Prices are great! 2 amazing breakfasts with coffee no charge refills for $30.00 a steal.
From out of town and ended up very happy with the breakfast I had before heading out to a wedding. Seemed busy but staff moved people in and out pretty quickly. Great place to stop for some food!
