I absolutely love it here. This is one of the best places to eat in Vernon. It is always clean, the service is always so so friendly. Everyone I know raves about this place. This is somewhere I go.very often and I've never had anything I didn't like here.
Seriously the best Vietnamese I have ever had! We've tried many restaurants in Calgary, Quebec and BC and this is by far the most fresh and delicious. Truly made fresh with unique flavours. Our server was so genuinely friendly and happy to have us. We will definitely make this a regular visit when we are in Vernon. We all had a type of vermicelli bowl. My oldest son had wonton soup to start but it was a large meal size bowl with homemade wonton and fresh veggies. We shared spring rolls which were also homemade and absolutely yummy. I enjoyed a Vietnamese coffee (iced) which was refreshing on a hot day.If you love Vietnamese, you must eat here!!
Extremely delicious Vietnamese dishes. I suggest the curried lemongrass vermicelli or the tofu & vegetable spring roll vermicelli, you will not be disappointed! Its great lunch spot during the week as its not as busy and can often get a table as soon as you arrive. On weekends in the evening its more likely youll have to wait at least 15 minutes. Still well worth the wait though!
Had the pleasure of visiting this place very briefly as we picked up take out. My first impression was wow, this place it clean. A second was, this place is full to the brim with clients. A third was, wow those are huge dishes! I was pleasantly received by several hosts before I could make my way to the back where the takeout was all ready to go. I forgot to take photos of the food cause it was so tasty looking and we went right at it. In conversation with the owner, they are actually most proud of their Pad Thai and curries which we will definitely have to return for. Hopefully to dine in at this wonderful place. They've been running the place for almost 4yrs now and have gained quite a reputable presence. As a visitor from the lower mainland, fresh lemongrass definitely steps the game up with their spectacular showing.
It's absolutely amazing. You can pretty much order anything and it tastes really good. Big portions especially considering the low price. I personally suggest to try Dan's special pad thai and obviously a pho. The only issue is that it can get really *really* busy which doesn't surprise me.
