The staff at big sun are so patient and attentive. They carry a large selection of quality brands and sizes. Their fitting rooms have kids toys and disposable underwear so you don't need to wear your panties under the swimsuit. Always my first stop for swimwear in the Okanagan.
Its difficult to find plus size well-made bathing suits and doubly so just as peak season is winding down. I walked in and they immediately had me looked after. They had beautiful bathing suits for all styles and tastes. I even got a great suggestion for a beach to go to. It was a really great place and I would recommend it to anyone.
There's never ever been a time where I've gone into Big Sun and not been greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome! Their service is beyond amazing. Everything from their merchandise to their tanning beds, you'll always receive great service. The bathing suits they carry are great quality and will last forever. I got a bathing suit from there a couple years back and it still looks as great as when I bought it. Not only that but they make you feel incredible while you're there, always going the extra mile just for you! Love going there!!
My wife and I bought new swimwear here at the begging of the season and were really impressed with the high level of personal and sincere customer service here. They have well merchandized store with a very comfortable, well designed fun space. We'll be back.
