I was referred to Red Top as their a small business which I have heard has excellent service unfortunately this was not my experience. Their customer service is not consistent and on more than one occasion I experienced extremely poor customer service being treated disrespectfully and as though I was an idiot. I have worked in customer service most of my life and feel bad for those who encounter the same level of service I did. I hope they can change this trend however until then I will be spending my money elsewhere.
They have a good selection of Alegeria shoes, which are hard to find. The prices are on par with other shops or better and the service is good.
