I have had the best custermer service experience at the Vernon location. The staff and manager went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. Debbie (Manager) is wonderful and I highly recommend shopping here.

Love shopping @ Big Box Outlet store in Vernon because of the variety of things to buy. I have spent many hours in that store trying on clothes or just wandering around checking out all the shelves. The prices are reasonable and better when there is a big sale. There are always new items coming into the store. The store is clean. The staff are great All combined together, a great place to shop.
Always super friendly staff, great sales and great household items. Now don't get me wrong, not everything is perfection and sometime the quality product isn't always There, but all ya need to do is take some time and look. There is a little something for everyone!
