My wife and I spent out anniversary here and it was awesome! We had a great room that opened onto their beautiful quad. This hotel is close to the shopping mall, SilverStar and the wonderful lakes of the Okanagan. Would definitely recommend this place and will be returning in the future.
Stayed in one of the rooms in the 100's. The noise from the pub on Friday and Saturday night was terrible. Drunks in the parking lot also. Front desk said they would take care of it but nothing happened.
Went to the green for live music and drinks. band was great and place was busy. good local spot.
I was very happy with the young lady at the front desk, and the room was lovely. Unfortunately our mini fridge kept freezing our food and beverages. When I had let the young lady know at the front desk, she was very helpful and suggested that I talk to the manager the next morning. Upon meeting the manager I had explained to her that we have lost over $100 of food over the past few days, And she was incredibly rude. She had told me that she likes to eat her pizza frozen, and that maybe I should too.She was Much more concerned with flirting with the men who were trying to book in beside me than Hearing my valid complaint.After spending two nights in their most expensive room, I had expected at least a listening ear.We certainly will not be returning after such a ridiculous interaction.
I went to the world's gym that's located in the complex. It has everything I need plus access to the pool, hot tub and sauna. There are private shower stalls and lockers. They even include group classes in the membership. I'm looking forward to my days off to go there again.
