This place has gaven me so much confidence again to workout in public! The atmosphere is so welcoming and the owners and staff take it upon themselves to know your name. They even study how you workout so they can properly setup stations for you before the next round. Im obsessed with this place! Its so clean and looks like a high end gym. They maintain their equipment very well! Everything looks brand new all the time. Plus the music is awesome and loud! And its only a half hour and youre out to enjoy the rest of your day! Best 30 minute gym in town!
I love the idea that the exercises can be adjusted as I have a knee injury. Everyone is so happy and helpful. I started working out in February and I'm hooked!! Best replacement for soccer as I have played for 40 years and the last 4 years I kept getting injured. I have dropped 18 lbs so far and very excited that I have to donate clothes that don't fit anymore. I started out doing one round a day and now two if I have time. The most I have done in a day is 4 rounds. I work out almost everyday and love the support from the trainers and owners to help me reach my goals!
***LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE***I joined 9 round Vernon for the 6 weeks challenge and I'm happy to report that I became full member. Yes,that's how much I fell in love with it! I was very nervous to go for my first orientation meeting,but after meeting Ralph and Milly ( owners/trainers) I felt really good,confident and excited!! They are exactly the kind of people you want to be around! Super friendly ,funny ,full of energy and passionate about what they do! It's a real pleasure to work out here,I never felt better and stronger in my life! The best part is,that it's only 30 min workout, you can come anytime and not only get in shape,loose weight you also gain new friends as all the members are incredible people. I leave always sweaty,happy ,feeling like a champion lol. For a first time in really long time I can't wait for summer,to go shopping for a new clothes .I am addicted and secretly hope one day I will become a trainer here :0) Ralph and Milly, THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything you do we really appreciate it!!! You guys ROCK!!!!!!!
9Round Vernon is a great place to go for a kick-your-butt workout and amazing support and guidance. The owners and staff are great people, that are uplifting to be around and they provide wonderful encouragement. Not only that, but they also greet you by name when you walk in... and not just because you just checked in and they can see your name on the the computer, but because they actually remember who you are and value each and every member - How cool is that!?! I started at 9Round a couple months ago now and have been hooked every since. Definitely worth checking out, if you haven't already!
I have been a member for 10 months now. The owners and staff are amazing. They are really encouraging and help you with weaknesses. I could go on and on how great 9 rounds Vernon is. I highly recommend everyone to go give it a try.
