Forge Valley Fitness ReviewIve been going to Forge Valley for 4 years now and I still appreciate it. Garth does a great job of building a sense of community, and a welcoming atmosphere. There is a really great group of people training, and working out thereI thought I was in decent shape when I joined. It was a bit of a shock to realize how much I had to learn, relearn and how far I had to go. You definitely dont get this training on your own. The coaches pay close attention and are always providing helpful feedback. You really learn how to do things right.My personal coach, Terrence, has been fantastic. He has coached me through a few injuries from activities outside the gym such as a car accident. Hes really helped me gain back a lot of the fitness you lose as you get older. I travel a lot for work and it made me wonder if the membership would be worth it. When Im on the road, Ill text picture of my hotel gym and Terrence will text me workouts. Take about going above and beyond. This really adds value to my gym membership, and really helps me stay on track with my fitness goals.

Its been almost 2 years since Ive joined Forge Valley. I can only say good things. Not only have they built an amazing community they get results. This is so much more then just a gym. Coaches will work with you to meet any fitness and health goals you have. This is truly a full service fitness centre.
