Really happy with the size of the gym, morning workouts are great. Good showers, good classes. Very fun group who run this, the owner seems to care and everyone's in great shape. Always there to answer a question. Great shakes!
Great gym! There's something for everyone, whether you're a heavy lifter or dedicated yogi. Staff is extremely friendly and these guys have the best hours in town!

Richard and Genny literally add the 'Heart' to Iron Heart. They care about their clients, facility, and business operations. I've visited this gym several times while in town visiting my parents and have been greeted enthusiastically. The space is quite large and they have expansive equipment. Check out Genny's Boot Camp for a kick a** workout.
I have never seen staff so committed to cleanliness! No matter what time of day you go, there are staff cleaning the facility. Great environment for any fitness level. I also like that there's no scale in the women's change room.
