Excel Fitness has changed my life. I look forward to going there each day because of the social aspect and I love that the clients are one huge family! When you love a place, you go! And when you go, the trainers kick your butt!
Excel is a great facility with even better staff. The Heart Health program is a fun and supportive class for those who aren't quite sure where to start. The trainers guide you through a program and really emphasize how to improve cardiovascular health. Thank you Carla and Rhonda for re-introducing me to fitness.
