Has been a co-ed gym for over a year now, no showers, sauna for men. Only 1 bathroom in change room which with my 1 month experience so far has been very dirty at least 60% of the time.. empty paper towel dispensers through gym on more then a few occasions. Could use more free weights, only up to 75lbs. Fairly quiet over all, but for the price of 60$ a month, I feel cleanliness is a must and some work in the men's Chang room, sauna, showers etc.
It is a decent gym and is not super busy. It is co-ed, but was originally a women's only. This unfortunately means that the mens changing room does not have showers. It is also in the Superstore, up the flight of stairs which are accessible at the entrance on the right. Takes some getting used to. The staff are friendly and helpeful.

GoodLife Fitness Vernon is a bloody joke. One of the members scammed me into joining the gym. I asked her for the cheapest membership because I was going to go off travelling and didnt want a commitment to the gym and the lady told me I could do the two year plan which makes it cheaper and it has ZERO commitment so I could leave the gym membership anytime I needed to for free. A year later I tried cancelling my membership and the lady told me it was $250 to cancel the membership that I was promised I had no commitment to. Such BULL. She told me to call customer service to see if they might pay the fee for me. I will be letting everyone know not to go to GoodLife fitness in Vernon. Super disappointed as I actually liked that gym because I thought everyone was nice who worked there but they just scam you of your money.
clean, friendly, great classes! Awesome new turf area with functional training equip such as sleds, plyo boxes, and plenty of room for battle ropes!
